Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to Colorway Creative Design’s web design and digital services at any time by providing written notice. After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

If your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other policies, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your subscription period.

Following cancellation or termination, your account and any related data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Be sure to download or export any important information before canceling, as we cannot guarantee data recovery after deletion.

Colorway Creative Design also reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services—including features, functionality, or offerings—at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription time.
