Colorway Creative Design provides web design and digital strategy services on a subscription basis. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.
If you believe there’s been a billing mistake or you were charged in error, please reach out to us at info@colorwaycreative.cc. We’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis, and any refunds will be issued solely at our discretion.
Colorway Creative Design reserves the right to adjust pricing for our services or individual features at any time. Any changes will take effect in your next billing cycle, and we’ll do our best to notify you ahead of time.
If your access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or other valid reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
We are not liable to you or any third party for changes, interruptions, or the discontinuation of any part of our services or features. Refunds will only be provided as expressly outlined in this policy.
